The term “super vitamin” is not a scientific classification, but vitamin D is commonly given this title.

This is because vitamin D is not only important for bones and calcium, but also strengthens the immune system.

In addition, vitamin D also plays a role in heart, brain and muscle health and has been linked to reducing the risk of several cancers, diabetes and depression.

Moreover, the most important thing is that our body can also make this vitamin itself with the help of sunlight.

However, it should be noted that some experts also call vitamin B12 a “super vitamin” because it is essential for nerves, blood and energy and its deficiency can cause serious problems.
