Pakistani showbiz star Mahira Khan has shared her personal and terrifying experience related to the recent rains and floods.

Mahira says that while returning from Nathia Gali, she was so scared that she was always worried that she might get hit by a flood or landslide.

Through a story on Instagram, Mahira Khan said that while returning from Nathia Gali, a tourist destination in Abbottabad, she was repeatedly feeling helpless.

According to the actress, on the way, she was constantly thinking about what would happen if a landslide or a sudden landslide engulfed her. At the same time, her mind kept going to the thousands of victims who are facing difficulties due to rains and floods these days.

Mahira Khan wrote in her writing that she now has a deep understanding of how helpless people become in the face of natural disasters. They try to save their lives, homes and loved ones every moment, but often nothing is left in their hands.

The actress expressed her regret over the recent devastating rains and the situation that has arisen as a result of them, and also prayed to God for mercy and protection.

It is also worth mentioning that these days, unusual rains have wreaked havoc across the country. More than 400 people have died so far due to floods and landslides in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan. Rains have also increased the problems in Sindh and the heavy rains in Karachi on August 19 caused urban flooding, which led to water entering houses in many areas.
