World-renowned American singer Madonna has appealed to the Pope of the Vatican, Pope Leo, to visit Gaza and play a role in opening aid routes for war-torn children.

The 66-year-old star of the music world shared an emotional message on the social media platform “X” (formerly Twitter), writing that you are the only person among us who no one can stop from going to Gaza.

She added that we must now completely open the doors of humanitarian aid to save the innocent children of Gaza. We are running out of time now.

The American singer also announced that she will donate to aid organizations working in Gaza on the occasion of her son Rocco Ritchie’s 25th birthday.

She further wrote that as a mother, it would be the most beautiful gift for me to appeal to people around the world to do their part to help the children of Gaza.

The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) thanked Madonna for this message and said that talking about humanity and peace is very important in today’s times. Madonna, your compassion and solidarity with the affected children means a lot.

The current Pope Leo has not responded to Madonna’s appeal, however, he has appealed several times to ensure human rights in Gaza and avoid the use of force.
