Some questions about 9/11

When Einstein was a professor, he kept writing the same questions in the exam test that he would prepare for his students. When he was approached by the university administration as to why he was not changing the questions, he replied, ‘Well, because the answers have changed.’ Science keeps evolving and the understanding of physics and astrophysics changed tremendously ever since mankind has started looking up at the night sky.

Well, I and many others have looked up at the sky too, the daytime sky in the videos captured on September 11, 2001. The questions about that day have remained the same but the answers and the attitude about that day may have changed. So, it wouldn’t be playing into the hands of the conspiracy theorists to ask some simple questions again.

Why did Bin Laden initially deny involvement in the attacks but later in his 2004 video claimed to be behind it? Did he need the stardom in the jihadist world for recruitment that came with this tall massive attack that the world’s strongest man was blaming him for? After all, the same American accusations raised the stature of the Jordanian thug Abu Musab Al Zarqawi from being a lowlife to that of a global jihadist leader, which increased not only his organisation’s recruitment but also the funding from Bin Laden.

Why were Khalid Al Mihdhar and Nawaf Al Hazmi allowed into the United States in January 2000 despite knowing about their attending of the now famed meeting in Kuala Lumpur? Mihdhar was able to travel to Yemen from the US in June 2000. This guy was in Yemen when the USS Cole attack happened in which he was a key planner. The CIA knew all of this down to the finest detail. Lo and behold, he entered back into the US in July 2001. Why?

The flying school instructor had reported about the 9/11 hijackers being suspicious because they were not interested in learning how to land the plane. Why didn’t anyone care or alert the FBI?

Why did building 7 fall down in the same manner as the building that came down in the movie Ocean’s 11 where explosives were used for the demolition? Why did raising that question always earn the title of being a conspiracy theorist? Why did several firefighters who went inside the World Trade Center report hearing explosives going off causing floors to collapse in a uniform manner?

Why were there a bunch of Israelis filming the World Trade Center buildings from a distance and celebrating when the planes hit? They were reported by several people who saw them. They were taken into custody where they confessed to being Mossad spies. When asked what they were doing, they blurted that they were there to document the event. What event? How did they know?

Why did the US government’s first reaction after that confession was to fly them back to Israel? Usually, when spies are captured on a nation’s soil, they are kept in custody and interrogated and so forth. But not with these Israeli spies. Why?

The Pentagon is perhaps one of the most protected, watched, surveilled buildings in human history. Yet, somehow there is not a single video of the plane hitting the building, other than a grainy low quality video from surveillance cameras of a nearby gas station? A gas station had cameras but the most formidable defence machinery had none?

When the American people pressed to know the truth of 9/11, and the 9/11 commission was tasked with doing the findings, why did the Bush administration steer its work away from the truth and cause the final 9/11 Commission Report to be nothing more than a cover-up? Why was that commission given only $3 million funding as opposed to, for instance, 13 times more funding given to the Monica Lewinsky investigation?

These and many questions were always there inside most minds but everyone was afraid of being labeled unintelligent, conspiracy theorist, anti-American, and so forth. I just can’t shake these questions off.

My only curiosity is this: have the answers changed?
