Decades-old relations have transformed into a strong Islamic alliance, a crucial need of the time. Muslim countries were facing Israel’s aggression time and again; the only solution was unity among Islamic nations. By God’s grace, Pakistan is a nuclear power and a country rich in natural resources. This country, which has bravely faced various eras and war situations, ultimately proved to be an important milestone. Both Saudi Arabia and Pakistan needed this strategic partnership because the core axis of our religion is the protection of Kaaba and Madina Munawwara – a vital objective closely connected to the hearts of millions of Muslims. After Israel’s attack on Qatar, it was extremely necessary for Islamic countries to unite and secure other Muslim nations from this rampant, unbridled devilish thinking nation. Allama Iqbal, the poet of the East, had expressed this desire at the time of Pakistan’s establishment in one of his verses: “I am one Muslim for the guardianship of Haram, Journey from Nile’s shore to the dust of Caspian.” Alhamdulillah, 78 years later, Allama Iqbal’s dream has come true. All Pakistanis and the people of Saudi Arabia are extremely happy about this milestone.
The leadership of Muslim League (N), which various political parties kept targeting with sarcasm, abuse, and unjust criticism, but we saw that Allah always kept them successful in the country’s stability. In 1998, Pakistan became the world’s seventh nuclear power through the tireless efforts of the late Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan – the then Prime Minister was Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. Later, the way Shahbaz Sharif was verbally abused by a particular party, even being called a thief in the Holy Kaaba, what a divine system it is that today, during their governance, this valuable agreement with Saudi Arabia was concluded while he was Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Our exemplary leader of Pakistan’s armed forces, General Asim Munir, whose chest bears the inscription of the Holy Quran – with the light and guidance of this Holy Quran, he is blessed with right and timely decisions and successes. Now, for Pakistan’s armed forces, Israel is just 483 km away – that Israel which thirsts for Muslim blood, which has devastated Muslims’ homes worldwide, which is killing people in Gaza like insects. Israel’s eyes were on Qatar and Pakistan; amidst this, timely decisions and strategic partnership have given courage to the Muslim Ummah. Now, it’s a joint war or defense, and the enemies of Islam who thought all Muslim rulers were oblivious – these enemies of Islam can now be given a fitting response.
The prophecy of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) seems true now – when infidels look towards Mecca and Madina with evil eyes, the Muslim Ummah will awaken, and every child of it will become a Mujahid. Soldiers of Islam, whether they are Pakistan’s armed forces, armed forces of Muslim countries, or the public – every heart is filled with the spirit of faith. Except for a few cowardly and foolish thinkers, all Pakistanis are in unison with the current Pakistani government and armed forces. Long live Pakistan, long live Pakistan’s armed forces.
