Upholding its proud tradition of serving the nation in times of crisis, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has once again stepped forward to support ongoing relief efforts in flood-affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In a significant humanitarian operation, a total of 48 tons of relief goods — organized by a non-governmental organization — were airlifted from Karachi to Peshawar aboard an Air Eagle B-737 aircraft. This operation marks the establishment of an air bridge by the PAF, enabling rapid delivery of essential supplies to the severely affected districts of Buner and Shangla.

The relief consignment, primarily consisting of dry ration and other necessities, is being distributed among flood-hit families in close coordination with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).

This initiative underscores the PAF’s unwavering commitment to national service — not only in defending Pakistan’s airspace, but also in providing timely humanitarian assistance during natural disasters. The mission stands as a testament to the Air Force’s dedication to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the people of Pakistan during times of need.
