An important development has come to light on the petition to remove the posts of PTI founder Imran Khan’s X-account, declaring them illegal, as the Islamabad High Court has sought a response from the founder PTI.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of the Islamabad High Court heard the case, Barrister Zafarullah, lawyer of the petitioner, citizen Ghulam Murtaza, appeared in the court and requested to remove and block the illegal and malicious tweets of the founder PTI.
The Islamabad High Court ordered the parties to submit their responses within 2 weeks, and responses were also sought from other parties including the National Cyber Crime Agency, Superintendent Adiala Jail.
The petition requested to remove the alleged disruptive posts from the X-account during his imprisonment and prevent them from being spread.
