Renowned YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman alias Dikki Bhai has filed an appeal against the judicial magistrate’s approval of his physical remand.
According to the report, Dikki Bhai filed an appeal in the Sessions Court Lahore through his lawyer Chaudhry Usman Ali. The Sessions Court accepted Dikki Bhai’s appeal for hearing.
The YouTuber’s position in the appeal was that the judicial magistrate approved a four-day physical remand without properly examining the facts and the court should declare the physical remand null and void.
The court issued a notice to the NCCIA and sought a written response by September 1.
It should be remembered that YouTuber Dikki Bhai is accused of promoting gambling apps in his videos.
