LAHORE: A local court in Lahore has granted a two-day physical remand for popular YouTuber Saadur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, in connection with a case involving the promotion of online gambling and betting applications.

Ducky Bhai was arrested on Sunday morning at Lahore airport by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). He was presented before a judicial magistrate, who approved the remand to allow further investigation into the matter. The court has directed the NCCIA to present the YouTuber again on August 19, while also instructing the agency to submit a detailed investigation report at the next hearing.

The case, registered on the night of August 17, includes several charges under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and the Pakistan Penal Code. The First Information Report (FIR) accuses Ducky Bhai of promoting online gambling platforms like Binomo and 1xBet through his YouTube channel.

This case follows a previous incident in which Ducky Bhai was booked for performing dangerous driving stunts on the motorway. With over 700 videos and more than 8 million subscribers, Ducky Bhai is one of the most influential digital content creators in Pakistan.
