Chinese Foreign Minister to arrive in Pakistan tomorrow on important visit

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will arrive in Pakistan tomorrow on an important visit.

According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Mr. Wang Yi, Member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China and Foreign Minister, will visit Islamabad on August 21.

Where he will co-chair the 6th Pakistan-China Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue.

This visit is part of the continuation of high-level contacts between Pakistan and China, which aims to further strengthen the “All-weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership”, renew support for each other’s core national interests, expand economic and trade cooperation and reaffirm the common commitment to peace, development and stability in the region.

This important dialogue will prove to be a milestone in further strengthening Pakistan-China relations and giving a new dimension to the pragmatic partnership.
