ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Court, Islamabad, dismissed the acquittal petition filed by Senator Azam Swati and indicted him in the controversial tweets against sensitive institutions case. Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka heard the case. During the hearing, Azam Swati denied the charges. The court summoned the prosecution witnesses for the next hearing and adjourned the case until October 14.
