A Lahore court on Wednesday granted interim pre-arrest bail to Aroob Jatoi, wife of YouTuber Saadur Rehman, better known as Ducky Bhai, in a case related to alleged gambling promotions.

The Additional Sessions Judge stopped the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) from arresting her until August 30 and instructed her to cooperate with investigators. The agency was also directed to present a progress report at the next hearing.

Meanwhile, on August 19, the court extended Ducky Bhai’s physical remand for four days after his initial two-day remand expired. The NCCIA had requested a 28-day remand, claiming he was linked to an international gambling network.

The YouTuber was taken into custody on August 17 at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport. He is accused of promoting unregistered gambling apps through his social media platforms, allegedly causing financial losses to the public.
