Argument with Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, Iman Mazari asks for courtroom footage

ISLAMABAD: Advocate Iman Mazari has requested the Registrar of Islamabad High Court to provide CCTV footage of Court Room 1 from 9 am to 11 am on September 11.

The application states that a sad incident took place in the court of the Chief Justice on September 11, and it is necessary to preserve the footage of the conversation between the Chief Justice and him.

An important development has come to light in the case of a bitter conversation between Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Iman Mazari. Advocate Iman Mazari has requested to preserve the CCTV footage of Court Room 1 of the Islamabad High Court. Advocate Iman Mazari has submitted a written application to the Registrar of Islamabad High Court.

Request: A sad incident took place in the Chief Justice’s court on September 11, it is necessary to preserve the footage of the conversation between the Chief Justice and him, the footage of Court Room One from September 11 to 11 am should be preserved, the request has said that a copy of the CCTV footage should also be provided to him, Iman Mazari Advocate has also submitted a USB along with her request.

There was a bitter conversation between Chief Justice Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar and Iman Mazari in the case of removing Mahrang Baloch’s name from the ECL.
