Sharifzoda Yusuf Tahir, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Pakistan, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the government and people of Pakistan on their Independence Day, stating that August 14 is a historic day in Pakistan’s history symbolizing freedom, sovereignty, and national unity, adding that relations between Tajikistan and Pakistan are based on mutual respect, friendship, and cooperation, and expressing Tajikistan’s commitment to further strengthening diplomatic, trade, cultural, and people-to-people ties, while hoping that the friendly relations between the two brotherly nations will grow stronger and that both countries will continue to be partners in the journey of shared development and prosperity, and conveying his best wishes for Pakistan’s continued progress, peace, and prosperity, concluding with the message “Long live Tajikistan–Pakistan friendship.”
