All obstacles regarding the participation of the Pakistan Hockey Team in the Pro Hockey League have been removed and the Pakistan Sports Board has issued a formal letter.
According to sources, the government will provide Rs 250 million for the Pro Hockey League. In this regard, the PSB has sent a letter to the Pakistan Hockey Federation officials.
After this letter, the participation of the Pakistan Hockey Team in the Pro Hockey League has now been formally confirmed.
After verbal funding for the Pro Hockey League, the PHF officials needed a written guarantee, which was received through this letter.
A total of Rs 400 million will be released by the Finance Department.
The government has approved Rs 150 million for the National Youth Games. The National Youth Games are scheduled to be held in Islamabad from September 7.
