Apple has announced that its next launch event will take place on September 9 at the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park, California. The event, promoted with the tagline “Awe dropping,” will feature major product updates.
The centerpiece will be the iPhone 17 series, including a standard model and two Pro versions. Apple is expected to retire the Plus variant and replace it with the slimmer iPhone 17 Air, featuring a 6.6-inch screen and just 5.5mm thickness — the thinnest iPhone yet. The base iPhone 17 will also bring a 6.3-inch, 120Hz display, a first for non-Pro models.
Apple is also preparing to unveil the Apple Watch Series 11, Watch Ultra 3, and Watch SE 3, with the Ultra 3 tipped to include a larger display and faster charging.
In audio, the company is expected to debut the AirPods Pro 3, the first significant update to the lineup in three years.
Beyond hardware, Apple will introduce a redesigned Liquid Glass interface and showcase advancements in its Apple Intelligence platform, including enhanced AI features for Siri.
