KARACHI: A man named Salman was rescued from illegal detention at the Darakhshan police station in Karachi after a raid ordered by the sessions judge.
The raid was conducted by the judicial magistrate South, who later submitted a report confirming that Salman had been unlawfully confined at the station. The police station’s SHO was present during the raid but was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for Salman’s detention.
