We will compensate the people for all the losses caused by natural disasters, says KP CM

Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has said that the provincial government will fully compensate for the losses caused by natural disasters, God willing, we will all overcome this situation very soon.

In his video statement regarding the current emergency situation in the province, he said that due to cloudburst and rains, terrible flood relays have occurred in the province, especially in Malakand and Hazara regions, which resulted in various accidents, which caused a lot of loss of life and property.

He said that in this situation, two helicopters of the provincial government were working to rescue people, one of them met with a tragic accident due to bad weather, as a result of which five crew members were martyred. In this emergency situation, the district administration and all the relevant departments and institutions of the provincial government are engaged in rescue and relief operations. In this situation, we are ensuring all measures to protect the lives and property of the people.

Ali Amin Gandapur said that the entire situation is being monitored through the control room in the Chief Minister’s House, the administration of other districts along with the affected districts has also been put on high alert, security measures are also being taken in other districts, heavy machinery has been deployed in the affected areas for rescue operations and opening of closed roads, steps are also being taken to repair the damage caused to property.

The Chief Minister said that in this hour of difficulty, the provincial government stands with its people, the provincial government will fully repair the damage caused by these natural disasters, the people are appealed to take precautionary measures and fully cooperate with the administration in this regard, our elected public representatives are also present in the affected areas at this time, the elected representatives are also coordinating with the local administration, Insha Allah we will all come together and overcome this situation very soon.
