Armed robbers reportedly stormed into a silver and gemstone shop in the Golimar Market area of Gulbahar on Friday evening, looting goods worth millions of rupees. A case regarding the incident has been registered on the complaint of the shopkeeper.
The case states that four armed robbers entered the shop, held the complainant hostage, looted 300 silver rings, a large quantity of precious stones and gems, two gold sets, Rs35,000 in cash, and mobile phones, before fleeing the scene. The case also states that the complainant was subjected to torture during the heist.
