Dangerous dengue mosquito attacks continue in Rawalpindi

The dangerous attack of dengue mosquitoes continues in Rawalpindi, in which 27 new dengue patients have been reported in the last 24 hours.

According to the Health Department, a total of 10,305 dengue patients were screened in Rawalpindi and 622 dengue confirmed patients came. No deaths from dengue have been reported so far this year.

58 confirmed dengue patients are under treatment in hospitals, while the number of dengue surveillance teams is 1,499, and 5,287,353 houses have been checked so far.

1,54,879 houses are dengue positive. Spot checking has been done in 1,415,000, 120 spots will be checked and 20,585 spot positives remained.

Larvae were found in 1,75,464 places and were destroyed. 4183 FIRs, 1760 building seals and 3389 challans were registered for violation of dengue SOPs.

A fine of Rs 1 crore 3 lakh 55 thousand was imposed for the presence of dengue larvae. Dengue larvae were found in Dhamman Syedan, Dhamial, Renal, Dhok Dalal, Dhok Najo, Dhok Munshi and dengue patients emerged.

In addition, dengue larvae were also found in Rehmatabad, Khanna Dak, Waris Khan and Girja Lakhan and dengue patients emerged.
