Islamabad, September 23, 2025 — Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin, met with the Federal Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination of Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Syed Mustafa Kamal, to discuss avenues of bilateral cooperation in the health sector.
During the meeting, both sides highlighted the potential for strengthening collaboration in key areas, including the pharmaceutical industry, the production of surgical instruments, and medical education.
It was agreed that a series of consultations will be held in the near future to identify specific sectors of cooperation and work out practical steps for implementation.
Officials expressed confidence that enhanced partnership in healthcare would not only benefit the two countries but also contribute to regional development and public health advancement.
