KARACHI: The final hearing of the case related to illegal recruitments of various departmental heads in the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) has been fixed for September 24, 2025 at 11 am in the esteemed court.
The case has been filed under (CP No. 769/2025 and CP No. 1781/2025), in which the appointment of a plumber, Mustafa Hasan, as an administrator has also been challenged.
According to the petitioners, the Executive Director NICVD violated the service rules, which caused huge loss not only to the national exchequer but staff and general public is also suffering.. The responsibility for these appointments, especially the posting of the plumber as an administrator, the credit goes to the Executive Director, Professor Tahir Saghir.
Such cases have raised deep concerns over the good governance of the Sindh government.
