Artist hints at surprise appearances by top musicians

Lahore – Renowned singer and Presidential Medal of Excellence recipient Ali Zafar has announced a special fundraising concert to aid victims of Pakistan’s recent floods.

The concert is scheduled for September 27, 2025, at the Alhamra Cultural Complex, Lahore, with all proceeds directed toward the rehabilitation of flood-affected families through the Ali Zafar Foundation.

Zafar, celebrated for blending music with social activism, highlighted the plight of thousands who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and access to basic necessities. He also teased surprise performances by other prominent musicians, with names to be revealed closer to the event.

In a heartfelt appeal, Zafar said the concert is about more than music:

“The concert is not just music, but a voice. Let us all come together and become a beacon of hope for those who are still waiting for help. Let us stand with those who need us the most.”

Tickets are now available on the Ticketwala website, with fans encouraged to support by attending and contributing. The event promises to transform music into both a message of resilience and a call to collective action.
